MASSAGE
All massage can be a full body or target area. The massage session is approximately 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes in length, depending on what the body needs. Modalities used during the session may be mixed, such as: Deep Tissue, Sports, Cupping, Muscle Activation, Breast Massage, Aromatherapy, Cold Stone, Bamboo Sticks, K-Tape, Sound Therapy and/or Scraping. Specific modalities can also be scheduled, such as: TMJ, Lymph Drainage, or Prenatal Massage.
Massage Membership
Desert Roots Membership is good any length of massage, at least once per month. There is no limit on how many massages you can schedule in a month. Your card will be charged on the first of the month, which will cover your FIRST massage of the month only. All additional massages will be charged as you come in.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Assessments - FREE
This intake session will go over your weight, range of motion and functional movement, as well as your goals. It will take between 30-60 minutes. This time will be used to develop a personalized workout plan for your specific needs.
Sessions
Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes to go over exercises, review progress, and complete a workout. Exercises will be adjusted as needed and more added throughout the training process. Sessions will combine resistance training, balance, and functional movement involving light weights, band work, body weight exercises, and postural exercises. Clients must commit to at least 1 session per week (equaling 4 times a month).

Returned checks will be charged $25 and will not be accepted again.

Cancellation usually requires 24 hours notification. No call/no shows will follow a three strikes and you’re out rule. See full cancellation policy.
